Looking Younger Has Never Been Easier

In this day and age, it’s nearly impossible to ‘eat right’ in this case, supplements are the answer. You don’t need to brew a cocktail of numerous drugs, or take a vast number of pills. You simply need to figure out what your health and aging concerns are and target them specifically. Different supplements, minerals, foods, etc., affect different concerns. Do your homework and learn what items you can add to your diet to address your concerns. Once you have your body chemistry figured out and what things you can add to your intake that will enhance your body chemistry, stick with them. If you are going on and off the supplements, etc., this will not do much to help you keep yourself in good health.
Studies have shown that ‘free radicals’ and ‘oxidation’ in the human body are responsible for many problems associated with aging. There are many different substances and supplements on the market today that are geared specifically at attacking at free radicals. Many vitamins are natural antioxidants, such as vitamins E, C, B and many others. There are also many minerals that serve as natural antioxidants; again, what you take will vary a great deal, depending on your body chemistry.
It will also depend greatly on your vegetable and grain intake as many of these products are jam packed with natural antioxidants. If possible, when buying produce, buy organically raised. This will keep from subjecting you to chemicals your body isn’t looking for. When you are buying vegetables, stick with the brightly colored ones, as they have the most to offer you. . Produce such as iceburg lettuce is very basically water held together by fiber, it has next to no taste and it has nothing to offer your body, in fact it turns into a nasty slime in your system.
Just as free radicals are your enemy inside your body, they are also your enemy on your body surface. Add to that, the environmental impact on the surface of your body and you have another area needing extra attention. Look for creams, salves, shampoos and such that contain idebenone, green tea, pomegranate and coffeeberry. All of these substances have been proven to help reduce the affects of the environment on body surfaces. Just as you shouldn’t be putting chemicals inside your body, you also shouldn’t be putting them on the surface of your body. The rule of thumb should be, if you can’t put it in your body don’t put it on the surface. Just as your skin can pull water from your body in the form of sweat, so the chemicals you put on the surface of your skin can affect not only your skin, but the flesh beneath it and throughout your body.
